What has been going on this week -

It's been both a busy and a quiet week.

The Saint has been driving "the truck of the day" this week, checking out new trucks for his work truck. The judges are out if he will actually get one, or if he will say, @!$%! it, and forget the whole thing.

Been writing a lot. Tarot stuff, 5 minute writing exercises, journaling. Coming up with some good stuff, actually. Maybe if I find a cure for the lazibone, I will post some of the better ones on my writing site.

Quit guitar lessons for now. The Saint and I had been debating for a couple of weeks about it. We just don't have time to practice, and it's kind of throwing money away. We both have other commitments right now - The Saint has work, and I have other things. Okay, so they are things I have chosen to do, but still, they are commitments just the same.

Not a bad week.

Oh, the weekly gift last week was my brand new, luscious computer monitor, 22 inch wide screen WITH a docking station for my iPod and a built in mike, so I don't have to mess around with peripherals so much. The Saint thinks this is worth several weeks of gifts - I am not so sure. HAHA.

New Year, New Entry

I can't believe I haven't updated my blogs since October.

It's been a busy time. After Suzie's passing, we got a new puppy - Magic. He's a Saint Bernard, and very cute. (Pictures on my mySpace.)

What was going on from October to Now.

Puppy Kindergarten.
Music lessons - practice and lessons themselves. (We are cutting down to monthly lessons. We just don't have enough time to practice.
Puppy Stuff. Having a new puppy really is like having a baby. Right now Magic is at the pre-teen years. Not quite testing the waters, but definitely starting to see where the shore is.
Tarot stuff - been doing daily three card readings with a new deck every week. I figure I will be caught up sometime in 2009. I am not kidding.
Writing - I am doing one writing exercise per day. 5 minutes, more or less. Also writing in my regular journal every day.

Then of course there was the holidays, with large amounts of business, from shopping, to wrapping - parties and celebrations.

Things have calmed down finally. So - back in the saddle!
